We design and produce XY-stages with ultra-high precision or ultra-high vacuum that match customer requirements with regards to size, accuracy, repeatability, resolution, straightness, and vacuum.

The in-air vertical and lateral stage is based on a wedge system. Both motions are driven through a worm-wheel reduction gearbox, which offers inherently self-locking movements and high resolutions.
