The Double Crystal Monochromator for JJ X-ray is a high-performance solution, designed to provide exceptional precision and stability in X-ray beam manipulation. This advanced system incorporates two aligned single crystals which form the monochromator.

Depending on the beam size and desired energy resolution, we design the system with in-air only motions or with added in-vacuum motions that ensure superior precision and stability. Our monochromators are engineered to operate seamlessly in ultra-high vacuum (UHV) environments. These products are always custom designed, in close communication with the customers.

The version shown is equipped with beam diagnostic features for efficient beam characterization and alignment. These features allow for real-time monitoring and fine-tuning, ensuring optimal beam performance throughout experiments.
