Large projects

Large Projects

When working on complex or high value projects, we always work in close collaboration with the customer to make sure all requirements are met, and projects are executed in a timely manner.

When working with large or complex projects, we work with the below key milestones.

Preliminary Design Review (M1), this stage evaluates proposed solutions, aligning designs with specified requirements. Clear communication establishes the foundation for subsequent milestones.

The Final Design Review (M2) follows, comprehensively assessing functionality and adherence to specifications. Stakeholder feedback refines the design before advancing to Manufacturing and Assembly (M3), ensuring precision in turning design into reality. The Factory Acceptance Test (M4) validates quality before Delivery and Installation (M5).

The Site Acceptance and Testing phase (M6) can be executed by the customer or by our team of experts, this phase ensures components meet specific site requirements and integration in the environment.

Each milestone in this journey demands meticulous planning, collaboration, and attention to detail. Effectively navigating these checkpoints ensures that the project progresses smoothly, meeting stakeholder expectations and achieving its intended objectives within the agreed time frame.
