Multi-axis Stages

Multi-axis stages contain a wide range of stages typically used at the end stations to manipulate the samples or detectors or for steering optical elements.

In our terms, a multi-axis stage is a stage containing both translational and rotational movements that are merged into one stage. The accuracies and resolutions can be user defined and are typically in the range from sub-µm (or sub µrad) to 0.1 mm (or 1 mrad). Load capacities are ranging from 100 g. to more than 1000 kg.

We are able to design and produce the specific stages that will suit your requirements.

You will find more details about the individual stages by clicking on the individual stages in the menu to your left.
